Our menu reflects the eclectic character of South Tyrolean gastronomy, influenced by both Italian and Central European cuisine, with dishes like canederli and spätzle dumplings, bacon and potato gröstl, cured meats, Alpine cheeses, homemade bread, and much more.
Using Grandma Kati’s precious recipe book, we have put together a menu where each dish contains the secrets of a thousand-year tradition and where everything is cooked with love. Even the most refined palate will be satisfied by an enjoyable family meal or, if you prefer, a candlelit dinner paired with an excellent wine.
